The dry red wine is made from Saperavi grape variety using old traditional Kakhetian Qvevri technologies, using the Georgian traditional winemaking method of fermentation in terracotta vessels planted deep in the earth to keep a permanent temperature in the hot summer season. This unique Georgia method of wine-making spreads already been up to 8.000 years and Georgian Qvevri-made wines are considered as the oldest way of wine-making.

The wine is distinguished by a high extract. Special taste and aroma typical for Qvevri. This wine of a happy ruby tone and intense berry fruit and ripe cherry character offers up plenty of bright and rich flavors. It is characterized by light vanilla tones and long tasting. Food matching: Smoked and roasted meat, steak and barbeque. Serve at t:+16OC- +17OC
