Dry amber white wine Kisi Qvevri is made from the Kisi grape variety, using the Georgian traditional winemaking method of fermentation in terracotta vessels planted deep in the earth to keep a permanent temperature in the hot summer season. This unique Georgia method of wine-making spreads already been up to 8.000 years and Georgian Qvevri-made wines are considered as the oldest way of wine-making.
